Level 1 · Log it
Recorded before the applause ends
No hunting through Base Camp. One button opens the same short form from any screen — title, date, done. Everything else is optional: add it later, or never.
Level 2 · Count it
Point it at your Path — or don’t, yet
Tell the app which project a speech was for, and it counts toward your Path — the app shows you the projects it could fill. Not sure yet? A speech can wait for as long as you like, and nothing nags you about it.
Level 3 · Let the Path pull you
Your Path already knows what could count
Open any Level and your Path shows what’s left to do — and, beside each one, the speeches and roles you’ve already logged that could check it off. Pick one and it counts. Nothing you’ve done goes to waste, and there’s no hunting through old meeting programs to prove it.
Level 4 · Skip the typing
Twenty years of history, without twenty years of typing
Download six files from the Toastmasters website and drop them in. The app reads them and lays out what it found — your clubs, your Paths and Levels, your officer terms, even your awards from before Pathways — and you check every line before anything is saved. Your speeches come across just as easily: paste your Base Camp Speech Log, or fill in a spreadsheet. The downloads take about ten minutes, and are easiest at a computer.

The road to DTM, on one screen
Distinguished Toastmaster takes years and six separate requirements: two Paths, a club officer term, a year as a District leader, a turn as a club mentor or coach, a new club or a Speechcraft, and the DTM project. My Speech Log keeps them together, shows which ones your record already covers and what each still needs, and tells you when it’s time to apply.

Download your whole record as a spreadsheet at any moment — every speech, role, Path and term. Yours to open anywhere, and it does not need this app to still exist.

Pick your clubs from Toastmasters’ own directory and each one comes with its club number, district, division and area — plus your Toastmasters Membership Number, ready the moment a form or a sign-in sheet asks. No wallet card, no hunting through old emails.

It is a web page. It works in the browser already on your phone, tablet or computer — old or new — and it loads fast on club-hall Wi-Fi. Add it to your home screen if you like, and it opens like any other app.

Common questions
What does signing in with Google share?
Your name, your email address and your profile picture — that is all. My Speech Log cannot read your email, your files or anything else in your Google account. There is no new password because there is no password at all.
Why is it free? What is the catch?
It was built by a Toastmaster for his own club, and it costs almost nothing to run. There are no ads, nothing is sold, and your record is never shared with anyone.
My club doesn’t use it. Does that matter?
No. Your record is yours alone — nothing in it depends on your club, and nobody at your club sees it unless you show them.
Is this an official Toastmasters tool?
No — it is independent, and Base Camp remains the official record of your progress. Keep recording there — My Speech Log is your own copy, kept the way you want it.
I’ve been a member for years. Do I have to type it all in?
No. Download your records from the Toastmasters website and the app reads them for you — your clubs, Paths, Levels, officer terms and older awards. Paste your Base Camp Speech Log for your speeches, or fill in a spreadsheet. Anything that isn’t in any of those, add at your own pace, or start from today and leave the past for later. Dates and clubs are optional — a real record with gaps beats a guessed one.
